Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at gerdaxxx3@gmail.com. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions after receiving your request. Please do not send an item before receiving those instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions. This right does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at gerdaxxx3@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made items and other statutory exceptions. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to any legally permitted withholding until the returned goods or proof of return are received. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
